Pilates Reformer
The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, and develop improved balance, muscle tone and alignment, ease of motion and bone density. Studio G offers introductory, intermediate and advanced Reformer classes along with one on one personal instruction.
Intrinity Board
In-Trinity Board exercise for private and group class sessions breathes new life into traditional practices like yoga, Pilates and martial arts. Flowing movement on the elevated Intrinity Board builds strength, deepens flexibility and improves balance, coordination and agility. Intrinity-specific sequencing has an “energy In” effect. The practice promotes physical and mental wellbeing for all fitness levels.
Above the Barre
Above the Barre challenges and sculpts the body without the risk of overuse injuries by allowing you to work within your own range of motion. This workout is intense but for all skill or fitness levels. Above The Barre workout fuses the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates. This barre class will lift your buns and tone your abdominal muscles. Benefits include gaining strength and stability, building lean muscles and better endurance and balance.
Bolster Fitness
Large oversized bolsters come alive with fun, new ways of being used for movement! “Bolstering” for alignment, strength, endurance, and flexibility. It looks easy. But the balance challenge that young gymnasts first learn is taught with this basic concept for the balance beam. Easy on the body. Fun to learn. Challenges your ideas about what effortless strength is. For all Levels.

Bolster Fitness & Meditation
“Bolstering” for alignment, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Large oversized bolsters used in new ways, to help support the body, challenge balance, release stuck joints & stiffness. The soft platform of the bolster helps to create new ways of building core strength. Class ends with guided imagery style meditation while supported on the bolster. Great for all levels.
Gentle Exercise on the Peanut Ball
The Peanut Ball is like two over-sized “therapy” balls put together. Athletes as well as those in rehab have been using unstable surfaces like the Peanut ball for decades. It builds Neuro-muscular coordination & strength. The Peanut ball platform allows for real balance challenge, without the stress of feeling like you are going to fall on you head any minute! Movements are done seated, on the tummy, back, legs on ball & more. Peanut allows for effective, supportive Stretching. Modifications for all levels.
Mini Tramp for Balance & Heart Health
Safe, quick-paced, heart-pumping movements on Jump Sport Mini trampoline with handle. Easy to follow, Choreographed movement, fun to learn, and Challenging for any level of fitness! Class focus is on simple movements that build balance, coordination, and challenge the heart, lungs & build strength!

Restorative Movement with Gerolyn
Pain reducing, joint freeing, movement & stretch. Class focus is on creating fluid, pain free movement. Emphasis is on Breathwork to help down regulate inflammation & excess tone in the body. Uses a variety of Props. Goal is for Clients leave session with better movement, less pain, and a sense of lightness in the body. Great for the hard, over-used body, as well as those who are less active & stiff jointed.
